Remember. Reflect. Honor.

Starting Monday January 26, 2026 - Make at least one workday your own, honor those who have sacrificed for our freedom and connect with those we love.

Stand with Minnesota and those who work for paychecks.

Share why you choose stillness.

What does stillness mean?

We pause — not in silence, but in solidarity. By stepping back from the noise our lives have become, we create space to remember those who have marched, sacrificed, and stood firm for our civil rights.

Stillness isn't inaction. It's a deliberate choice to honor the legacy of those who have fought and continue to fight by reconnecting with what matters most: our families, our communities, and the ongoing cause of what is right.

Stopping or reducing work and purchasing is a particularly effective path for peace, among many, in which our voices grow louder, together. Collective resignation tells leaders that we will not continue like normal, circumstances must change.

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." - MLK
